  1. Community Investment Coordination: Oversee a diverse portfolio of community investment activities, ensuring they meet our high standards.
  2. Marketing & Engagement: Develop and implement effective marketing, communications, and engagement strategies to reach growers, employees, and stakeholders.

About You:

  • Proven experience in community relations, including managing large portfolios of community activities.
  • Strong ability to plan and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Effective in building productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful communication and engagement strategies that align with business goals.
  • Excellent skills in marketing and employee communications, capable of articulating information to diverse audiences.
  • Event Production, experienced in planning and executing events from start to finish.
  • Tertiary qualification in communications, marketing, public relations or similar.
  • Working knowledge of social impact and/or evaluation.
  • A background in regional development and knowledge of agribusiness and/or agriculture.
