We are seeking a highly skilled leader to oversee our audit and assurance services.

This client-facing role offers the chance to engage with various stakeholders while working closely with Directors and the team to deliver high-quality audit engagements across multiple clients.

Your responsibilities will include planning tasks, supporting team development, and ensuring annual targets are met.

  • Designing and preparing audit engagements that meet regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborating with clients to discern project outcomes and changes in expectations or scope.
  • Ensuring quality assurance and compliance standards are met.
  • Providing comprehensive training and guidance to team members.
  • Overseeing team operations, including recruitment and workflow management.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in Commerce (Accounting) or equivalent qualification.
  • Relevant professional certifications, such as Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA).
  • At least 6 years of experience in professional services, specifically in Audit and Assurance.
