Job Title: Graduate Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to provide high-quality care to our residents.

About the Role:
  • This role involves working as part of a multidisciplinary team to maintain and enhance the health and well-being of our residents.
  • You will be responsible for providing direct care to residents, developing and implementing individualised care plans, and contributing to the overall functioning of the nursing unit.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Key Requirements:
  • Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA
  • Less than 12 months of post-registration clinical experience as a Registered Nurse
  • An understanding of the professional, ethical and legal requirements as a Registered Nurse
  • Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team of like-minded care professionals
  • An understanding of assessments and developing care plans
  • Ability to learn to effectively communicate complex care plan needs to incoming residents and their representatives.
  • An understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards
  • Demonstrated organisational and time management skills
  • Demonstrated well-developed computer and documentation skills
  • Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills
  • Confidence in managing your time effectively, including an ability to work autonomously.
