About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Café Assistant to join our team at Signature Care Operations. As a key member of our in-house café team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for residents, families, employees, and locals.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food items to meet customer expectations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized café environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase loyalty and boost the café's reputation through excellent service.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Evidence of three COVID vaccinations and a police check showing clearance to work with vulnerable people.
  • The right to work in Australia.
