Management Career Opportunity

As a domestic cleaner, you have the potential to become a respected manager in our organization. Our leadership development program is designed to help you grow and succeed in your career.

With our structured training sessions and hands-on experience, you will learn the skills necessary to manage a team and take on leadership roles. You will also develop strong communication skills to engage with your team and clients.

Our Maid2Match Pathways Program typically takes less than 6 months to go from new hire to a full-time Team Leader managing and growing your own team. We are looking for individuals who are known as someone others can count on, have strong communication skills, and want to become an effective and respected manager.

What We're Looking For
  • A minimum of 4 days availability Monday–Friday
  • A valid driver's licence and your own car
  • Strong communication skills to engage with your team and clients

We offer a supportive team culture, regular one-to-one meetings with your Manager, and structured leadership training in cleaning, training, recruiting, and team management. You will also be provided with a company laptop upon graduation to Team Leader.
