We are seeking an Assistant Venue Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and training service standards, managing day-to-day operations, and developing front-of-house training.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the guest experience and continually looking for opportunities to improve
  • Lead and coach a diverse team of people ensuring that team culture is at the forefront of everything that you do
  • Visibly active on the floor, leading by example and supporting Food and Beverage Supervisors/Attendants to be the best they can be
  • Identifying and reporting safety hazards, incidents and near misses
  • Be a brand ambassador by demonstrating genuine passion for the business and brand
  • Assisting guests with any feedback and actioning as appropriate
  • Monitoring wages, comps & wastages
  • Liaising with other departments on a regular basis
  • Having a high knowledge of the product produced in venue
  • Ensuring a strong connection to the brewery, the story of our beers and other hospitality operations

For success in this role, we are looking for someone with previous experience in managing and coaching teams, a background working in high volume hospitality environments, passionate about delivering exceptional guest service and flexibility to work across a variety of shifts.
