• Oversee store operations, including dispensary and team management.
• Deliver exceptional patient care through professional counselling and patient solutions.
• Efficiently dispense prescriptions using MyScripts while maintaining accuracy.
• Supervise intern pharmacists, student pharmacists, and dispensary assistants to ensure high-quality performance.
• Manage inventory and process orders for the dispensary.
• Support business growth initiatives and develop new strategies.

• Current registration with AHPRA as a pharmacist.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organisational skills to manage a dynamic team.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills to build strong relationships with patients.
• A dedicated work ethic and strong team player mentality.
• Solid business acumen and attention to detail.
