Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Bar Professional to create a welcoming atmosphere and deliver exceptional customer service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing orders, payments, and providing outstanding service to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and foster a positive experience
  • Use a till to process orders and payments efficiently
  • Manage delivery orders from third-party partners with precision
  • Serve drinks at the bar or table with excellence
  • Ensure RSA compliance and adhere to in-house liquor policy
  • Maintain a clean and well-stocked bar area
  • Offer drink recommendations to enhance the customer experience
  • Collect glasses and maintain a high level of cleanliness

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience as a Bar Professional (required)
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (required)
  • Good attitude, great personality, and a passion for customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Weekend availability
