You will work closely with the Global Logistics team to develop and implement strategies to enhance supply chain performance and drive business growth. Your expertise in supply chain management, analytics, and stakeholder engagement will be instrumental in achieving our goals.

Main Responsibilities

- Develop and execute carrier strategy to support business growth and operational excellence

- Monitor and analyze carrier performance metrics, including cost, transit time, and service levels

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives with carriers to enhance network efficiency

- Manage quarterly/annual RFQ processes and strategic bid events

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key carriers and internal stakeholders

- Manage invoice payment and cost control

- Lead data-driven analysis to identify cost savings opportunities and service improvements

- Develop contingency plans to mitigate supply chain disruptions

- Collaborate with global teams to align regional and global carrier strategies

- Provide regular reporting on carrier performance and market conditions

- Leadership and Strategy: Lead business and planning reviews with senior leaders, ensuring alignment and execution of strategic initiatives. Develop and implement strategies to enhance supply chain performance and support business growth.

Requirements

- 3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery, communicating results to senior leadership experience

- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience

- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
