Employment Services Manager

At Workskil Australia Ltd, we are seeking an experienced Regional Account Manager to oversee employer sales and servicing for an Employment Region in Western Australia. This challenging role is a well-sought opportunity for individuals with a proven track record in recruitment, sales, or business development.
About the RoleThis position will be responsible for building and managing effective relationships with employers in the region to maximise employment opportunities for young Transition to Work participants. The successful candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work with diverse groups, including culturally and linguistically diverse communities, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander young people, and those with prior offender histories.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to engage with employers and promote employment opportunities for Transition to Work participants.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employers, community leaders, and government agencies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative pre-employment programs and services.
- Provide support and guidance to young people, including those with complex needs, to help them achieve their employment goals.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A minimum of 12 months of experience in recruitment, sales, or business development.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- A current driver's licence and willingness to travel throughout the region.
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $65,000 per annum, plus superannuation and annual leave loading. You will also have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment, with access to professional development and training opportunities.
