We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Childcare Supervisor to join our team at Waikiki Primary School OSHC, located in Western Australia. As a Supervisor, you will play a vital role in managing the day-to-day operations of our service, supervising a team of talented educators, and ensuring the highest standards of care and safety for our children.

Salary and BenefitsThis is an exciting opportunity to secure a rewarding career as a Childcare Supervisor, with a competitive annual salary range of $65,247 - $67,372 + 11.5% superannuation. In addition to your base salary, you will also receive a supervisor allowance (up to $7,585 additional per annum), generous corporate healthcare discounts (up to 8%), paid professional training and development, free EAP support, and the option to purchase a new car through novated leasing.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day operations of the OSHC service, including supervising a team of educators and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor budget and expenditure, and make recommendations for improvements.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to promote a culture of safety and inclusion within the service.
- Liaise with parents, staff, and external agencies to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
A relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved).Holding HLTAID012 First Aid Certificate.Ability to obtain a National Police Certificate and Working with Children card.As a Childcare Supervisor with The Y, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment that values your contributions and encourages your growth.
