Primary School OSHC Manager

TheirCare is seeking an experienced and passionate leader to manage our Outside School Hours Care service at Darley Primary School. This is a unique opportunity to lead a team of educators, develop engaging programs, and create positive relationships within the school community.
About the RoleThis exciting role involves leading a high-quality OSHC service that provides before and after school care and Holiday Programs for children. You will be responsible for creating engaging programs using industry-leading tools, mentoring your team, and managing administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of educators to provide high-quality care and education for children.
- Develop and implement engaging programs that cater to the needs of children.
- Mentor and support the professional development of your team members.
- Manage compliance documents and other administrative tasks.
- Rostering for your service with support from your Area Manager.
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about making a difference in children's lives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, previous experience in the childcare/OSHC industry, and a commitment to ongoing learning and development.
- Completed or in the process of completing an ACECQA recognised qualification.
- Employee Working with Children's Check valid in the relevant state.
- Willing to obtain valid HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting.
- Willing to obtain National Criminal History Check.

The estimated salary for this role is around $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. TheirCare offers a range of benefits, including extensive training, allowances, and employee assistance programs.
