We are seeking a skilled and passionate Plantscape Specialist to join our team at Ambius, a leading provider of indoor plantscaping services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional plant care and maintenance services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert plant care and maintenance services to clients, including pruning, watering, and fertilizing plants.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess plant health and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement customized plant care plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- Valid manual Australian driver's license.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident using mobile phone service apps and tablets.
- Experience working in a customer-facing role.
