About the Role

We're looking for a Sales Assistant to join our team. As a Sales Assistant, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, engaging with customers, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering customer queries and resolving issues promptly
  • Engage with customers, building relationships and promoting our products
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stockroom and sales floor
  • Assist with stock replenishment, receiving, and rotation
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and store goals

About You

We're looking for someone who is passionate about the liquor industry, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work in a fast-paced environment. You'll need to be able to lift moderate to heavy loads (up to 17kg) and stand for long periods.
