About the Role:
This role is ideal for driving client success while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Based in Perth, you will serve as a key liaison between clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Partnership Development: Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with mining companies and service providers.
- Solution Design: Design and implement tailored mining solutions, including equipment selection, fleet optimization, and automation strategies.
- Client Consultations: Lead client consultations to assess operational challenges and propose cost-effective, sustainable solutions.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, sales, and R&D teams to align solutions with client needs.
- Industry Advancements: Stay abreast of industry advancements (e.g., autonomous systems, digitalization) to enhance service offerings.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards (e.g., ISO, MSHA).
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in mining equipment management, preferably with Tier 1 companies or mining service providers. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MATLAB, or similar tools is required. Strong communication skills for technical reporting and client presentations are essential. A deep understanding of safety and environmental regulations is also necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with autonomous haulage systems, IoT, or data-driven optimization.
- Project management certification (PMP, PE license or RPEQ certification).
