Key Responsibilities- Provide Clinical Supervision: Deliver high-quality clinical supervision to staff, ensuring adherence to our procedures and addressing practice concerns with team leaders.
- Support Practitioner Development: Guide new professionals and practitioners in client management, diagnosis, and best practices to ensure effective and confidential treatment.
- Promote Evidence-Based Practices: Act as a subject matter expert, coaching staff on NDIS standards, evidence-based interventions, and improving client outcomes.
- Collaborate on Professional Growth: Work with managers, senior therapists, and universities to enhance team capabilities, support student placements, and develop clinical resources.
- Monitor and Report Compliance: Ensure compliance with Disability standards, address practice issues promptly, and provide feedback on staff performance and well-being.
