We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader to join our team as a Store Leader. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for the Lorna Jane brand, strong leadership skills, and proven ability to drive sales and provide excellent customer service.

About the Role
  • Oversee the customer experience, people development, merchandising, and operational functions of the store to deliver on store targets and KPIs.
  • Drive sales with your team to achieve targets and KPIs, recruit, train, develop, and succession plan your team.
  • Manage daily store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and housekeeping.
  • Roster your team in line with store trading hours.
