Learning Enrichment Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Learning Enrichment Teacher to join our vibrant P–12 Christian learning community.

This is a key role in supporting students' academic, social, emotional, and spiritual growth.

  • The successful candidate will have the ability to create inclusive, differentiated programs that cater to diverse learning needs.
  • They will collaborate with teachers to plan, deliver, and review student support plans, personalized adjustments, and compliance processes.
  • Experience in guiding and mentoring staff in curriculum adjustments, inclusive practice, and the use of learning technologies is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and collaborative skills are required to partner with families, allied health professionals, and support staff.
  • The ideal candidate will be a committed Christian, actively involved in a local church, and affirm our Statement of Christian Beliefs.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and implement inclusive education strategies that promote student wellbeing and academic success.
  2. Collaborate with teachers to develop and review student support plans, ensuring that every student can thrive academically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually.
  3. Provide guidance and mentorship to staff in curriculum adjustments, inclusive practice, and the use of learning technologies.
  4. Coordinate student support services, including Student Support Plans, personalized adjustments, and compliance processes.
  5. Partner with families, allied health professionals, and support staff to nurture student wellbeing and academic success.
Requirements
  • Hold registration (or eligibility) with the Queensland College of Teachers (QCT).
  • Bring experience and knowledge in inclusive education, neurodiversity, differentiation, and disability standards.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal, organisational, and collaborative skills.
  • Be passionate about helping students reach their God-given potential in a supportive, Christ-centred environment.
