About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Plant Operator - Kiln to join our team at Graymont Limited's Traralgon Plant in Gippsland. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the successful candidate will be responsible for operating equipment such as a vertical Kiln and Roller Milling circuit, ensuring the plant is operated safely and in line with our production schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Loading of trucks and materials
  • Complete product bagging and packaging
  • General mobile plant operation and basic plant maintenance
  • Collecting and testing samples in the lab for quality assurance

Requirements

  • A flexible team player who can work self-sufficiently and balance team and personal objectives in a safe and efficient manner
  • Previous experience in fixed plant production, preferably in an industrial manufacturing environment
  • Forklift, Front-end loader, or related experience
  • Computer literacy with attention to detail and experience in a manufacturing environment
