Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client accounts, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Oversee the setup of alternative investment funds, collaborating with tax specialists, lawyers, and notaries as needed.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of funds, coordinating with third parties including investors and fund managers.
  • Prepare periodic reports and regulatory filings for fund entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate Investor servicing, including onboarding, capital calls, distributions, and shareholder statements.
  • Organize board meetings and shareholders' meetings, facilitating effective decision-making.
  • Review tax returns and balances, maintaining relevant contacts with tax authorities.
Requirements
  • Hold a university degree in Accounting & Finance or Economics.
  • Fully qualified Accountant (e.g., ACCA/CPAA/CIMA/ACA).
  • 3-5 years of experience in alternative investment fund administration, audit firms, or domiciliation.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong team spirit, ability to build relationships, and take initiative when needed.
