What You'll Be Doing:

  • Preparing monthly reporting packs and financial statements for multiple entities to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Leading balance sheet reconciliations and fixed asset register maintenance to maintain the integrity of our financial data.
  • Supporting audits, BAS returns, budgeting, and treasury functions to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Collaborating with senior management on strategic financial insights to inform business decisions.
  • Driving process improvements and mentoring junior team members to enhance productivity and knowledge sharing.
What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting and CPA/CA qualification to demonstrate expertise and professionalism.
  • 4+ years in public (chartered) accounting, ready to transition into industry to bring fresh perspectives and skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to deliver high-quality results.
  • Advanced Excel and solid software proficiency to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • A positive, adaptable mindset and a great sense of humour to thrive in a dynamic environment.
