We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our Recruitment and Management Services team. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with the National Support Services Manager and Support Services Team Leader to ensure timely and accurate payment of apprentices, trainees, and other candidates employed by our Division.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the preparation and processing of weekly payrolls
  • Assisting with end of month and end of year payroll processes
  • Monitoring and implementing changes to appropriate award and EBA pay and conditions
  • Implementing effective processes and systems to streamline tasks and enhance productivity
  • Collaborating with relevant teams to resolve payroll-related inquiries

In addition to your technical skills, you will bring a strong commitment to customer service, excellent communication skills, and a passion for continuous improvement.
