This is an on-site contract role for a skilled Pilates Professional located in Essendon, VIC.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading group exercise sessions, ensuring exceptional customer service, and creating a welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities include:

  • Lead dynamic group exercise sessions
  • Foster a positive and supportive atmosphere among members
  • Create engaging content for FLG Reform Pilates classes
Key Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Proficient knowledge of Pilates Instruction and Group Exercise
  • Certification in Mat Pilates or Reformer
  • CPR and First Aid certifications
  • Exercise professional registration
  • Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
