Job Opportunity: Field Team Leader

We are looking for a dynamic leader to join our team as a Field Team Leader. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to take their career to the next level and make a real impact.

  • Lead a team of Cosmetic Merchandisers across QLD and WA
  • Take responsibility for overall performance and retail executional standards
  • Work in partnership with Coty, a global leader within the beauty industry
Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in team management or a similar role
  • Previous experience in Merchandising planogram work is an advantage
  • Able to travel to uncovered areas to assist with field work
  • Comfortable working with multiple systems and platforms
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly with PowerPoint and Excel
  • A valid driver's licence
