About the Role

The Principal Adviser, Deputy Chief Executive Officer, will be responsible for providing high-level strategic and operational support in responding to challenges and opportunities facing the Housing portfolio. This role requires the capacity to exercise sound judgement, liaise effectively with senior executives, and build relationships with key people across the department and relevant stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities
  • Providing senior advisory and executive support to the Deputy CEO on strategic policy and operational issues.
  • Coordinating and managing timely delivery of divisional submissions, briefings and responses to corporate and government requirements to a high standard of quality.
  • Managing and supporting ministerial, parliamentary, departmental divisional executive functions and processes.
