Service Technician Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the position of Service Technician. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring quality field service repairs at customers' premises.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To carry out quality field service repairs at customers' premises, adhering to company standards and guidelines.
  • To ensure a positive customer experience by providing professional and friendly service.
  • To accurately complete necessary paperwork and service invoices in a timely manner.
  • To manage van stock and handle customer complaints in the field within company guidelines.

Requirements of the Role:

  • Friendly and professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.
  • A-grade electrical license and current valid full Australian driver's license.
  • Sound technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical fault finding.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
