Job Description: Project Marketing Coordinator

This is a 12-month parental leave contract role based in our Rhodes office. As a Project Marketing Coordinator, you will assist with the administration of marketing activities across our NSW projects, reporting to the State Marketing Manager.

The successful candidate will have opportunities for professional growth and development as the team expands and new project initiatives are implemented.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure high-quality media, sales, and marketing materials are maintained
  • Monitor lead volumes and conversions, providing monthly reports on enquiries and activity
  • Support the Project Marketing Manager in developing and executing campaigns
  • Manage project websites, social media platforms, and listings websites
  • Coordinate EDM messaging and communications
  • Assist with media, sales, and marketing materials, and sales releases
  • Coordinate CRM reporting, list extraction, and administration
  • Monitor marketing plans and create a high-quality image for each project
  • Ensure accuracy and timely placement of advertising
  • Ensure POS, merchandising material, and sales support material is accurate and uploaded in a timely manner
  • Regularly visit sales offices and attend sales and marketing meetings
Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in marketing or communications
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in property development or real estate, with digital marketing and social media skills
  • Understanding of Google Analytics and SEO/SEM principles
  • Advanced written communication skills, including copywriting and editing
  • Ability to plan and adhere to production timelines, with a strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ability to work in a team and autonomously
  • Current driver's license and car for site visits
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated to be around $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
