Community Engagement and Stakeholder Relations Specialist

We are seeking a Community Engagement and Stakeholder Relations Specialist.
This role will focus on developing strategic engagement plans, implementing annual plans, and contributing to the planning of quarterly community meetings. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating high-quality content and managing digital assets related to Greenfields Project Engagement Priorities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop comprehensive engagement strategies for Greenfields projects.
- Implement annual engagement plans, including stakeholder engagement initiatives.
- Contribute to the planning and attendance of quarterly Community Advisory Committee Meetings.
- Produce engaging content aligned with our brand strategy and tone of voice.
- Manage digital assets effectively, ensuring up-to-date information.
- Report on success criteria for key engagement initiatives.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in community/stakeholder engagement (minimum 3 years).
- IAP2 Certification.
- Qualifications and/or experience in communications and project management.
- Ability to implement multi-initiative engagement plans.
- Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Project management expertise.
- Communications and stakeholder engagement knowledge.
