You will be responsible for providing clinical and technical support during implants, patient clinics, and troubleshooting, as well as general assistance to the sales team and their customers. This role requires strong relationships with existing customers, identifying potential new business opportunities, and maintaining high-level technical and market knowledge.
Key Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day field clinical support, including patient interactions, programming of Boston devices, and patient follow-up.
- Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and identify potential new business opportunities.
- Maintain up-to-date technical and market knowledge through formal training programs and ongoing education.
- Participate in relevant tender processes and attend meetings, conferences, and exhibitions to promote Boston Scientific products and services.
- Complete market analysis and regular reporting as required.
- Previous clinical case experience within an operative environment is desired.
- Strong technical and clinical skills are essential.
- Proven experience in building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Tertiary qualifications in biomedical engineering or science-related disciplines are preferred.
