Job Opportunity

We are seeking a professional to join our team as a Civil Site Engineer in the Rail Infrastructure industry with Australian Construction Projects.

The successful candidate will have experience in site engineering, stakeholder engagement, and technical aspects of rail infrastructure projects.

Mandatory Experience

The ideal candidate will have 5 to 15 years of experience in civil construction and site engineering, with a strong understanding of rail infrastructure projects in Australia.

  • Stakeholder management
  • Site engineering – time, cost, quality, and management of sub-contractors
  • Technical expertise in rail infrastructure projects
Minimum Qualifications – Mandatory

The successful candidate must hold one of the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Engineering (Civil)
  • Bachelor of Engineering Technology (Civil) / or an equivalent qualification accepted by the Institution of Engineers Australia as a Technologist Member (TMIEAust)
  • Associate Degree in Engineering (Civil) with relevant competencies
Working Hours & Travel

The role is based in South East QLD, with occasional travel required for meetings and inspections. The working hours are typically 40 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate workload demands.

Eligibility

The successful candidate must be eligible to work in Australia, possess excellent interpersonal and consultative skills, and hold a current Australian driver's license.
