We are looking for an ambitious individual to fill the role of Customer Service Representative in Murwillumbah. As a vital member of our team, you will be focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the store is always clean, stocked and welcoming.

This is a fast-paced job where being able to multitask and manage your time effectively is essential. You will be working with a diverse range of products and specials, and will be required to provide outstanding customer service at all times.

The successful candidate will be required to confirm their Australian working rights, as well as provide a current police clearance certificate.

Responsibilities:

• Provide top-notch customer service to our guests
• Ensure the store is consistently clean, fully stocked and inviting
• Work flexible hours, including evenings, early mornings and weekends
• Lift moderate to heavy loads and access high shelves
