Job Title: Customer Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our customer service team at Fitness Cartel.

This role involves managing membership cancellations, debt recovery, and providing exceptional customer service across multiple clubs within the network.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage membership cancellations and debt recovery in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Develop strong relationships with club staff to ensure seamless communication and support.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
