Job Title: Hospitality Operations Manager
About the Role:
We're seeking a seasoned Hospitality Operations Manager to lead our Food and Beverage Team. As a key member of our hotel operations, you'll oversee daily activities, drive performance, and maintain a positive work environment.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a management capacity within the food and beverage industry
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth, improving efficiency, and enhancing guest satisfaction
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train colleagues
- Demonstrated expertise in conflict resolution, with a focus on prompt and professional service recovery
- A strong understanding of food safety regulations and HACCP protocols
- Able to work collaboratively across departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences

- A current police clearance (not older than 6 months)
- Food Handlers' Certificate
- Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
- Approved Managers (WA) License
