Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Water Infrastructure Program Manager to lead our water authorities portfolio in Melbourne.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for key programs, building strong relationships with water authorities.
  • Serve as the primary interface between us and our water authority clients, driving service excellence and business growth.
  • Represent us at industry events, staying ahead of sector developments to position us as thought leaders in Victoria's water infrastructure space.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience in water infrastructure engineering consultancy with a strong track record working with water authorities.
  • Proven success managing complex water infrastructure projects and programs.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience mentoring and developing engineering professionals.
  • Established connections within Australia's water sector, particularly with metropolitan authorities.
  • Deep understanding of the local water infrastructure landscape and regulatory environment.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with ability to engage effectively at all levels.
  • Strategic mindset with ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
