MAC - Creative Beauty Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate make-up artist to join our team as a Creative Beauty Specialist. As one of our key contributors, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, creating inspiring store displays, and driving sales through creative visual merchandising.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of make-up artistry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized make-up services to customers, providing expert advice and recommendations on MAC products.
  • Create visually appealing store displays and window presentations that showcase our products and drive sales.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer expectations.
  • Participate in in-store events and promotions to enhance customer engagement and brand awareness.

What You'll Need:

  • Qualification in make-up artistry or previous retail make-up experience (desirable).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software (an advantage).
  • Proof of right to live and work in Australia.
