- Diverse career paths on completion, including operational management, technical engineering streams, and innovation and technology.
- Tertiary Qualification in Mining Engineering (or equivalent).
- A strong desire to expand practical underground knowledge.
- Previous site experience working underground or open pit (desirable).
- Proficient use of MS Office suite.
- Ability to meet all site access requirements.
