Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily store operations and team performance
- Manage staff scheduling, forecasting, and resource allocation
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction (NPS)
- Lead recruitment, training, and team member retention
- Control stock and minimize shrinkage
- Use data to improve efficiencies and make data-driven decisions
- Track KPIs for opportunities for continuous improvement
- Develop sales strategies that align with business goals and drive customer loyalty
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience with POS systems
- Proven ability to manage high-volume retail environments
- Goal-driven, organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented
- Self-motivated and resourceful with excellent time management skills
- Skilled in customer service and visual merchandising
- Ability to analyze and interpret financial data and information
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Minimum 2 years of retail management experience
