Job Title: Civil Site Engineer
">The company is seeking a Civil Site Engineer to join the team in Sydney. This role involves working on various projects across different regions, including the Northwest and Southwest.
">Job Description:">- Utilise your understanding of drawings, specifications, quality, WHS, and environmental requirements for site-related activities.
- Support the implementation of project quality, WHS, and environmental management plans.
- Assist with daily project monitoring for toolbox inspections, checklists, documentation, and record keeping.
- Monitor and update the construction program and site activity.
- Ensure materials are procured in advance of the construction program.
- Monitor daily work activities to maximise plant and resource utilisation.
- Implement improvements for managing site-related costs.
- A degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, or working towards it.
- 1-2 years previous experience as an Engineer in the civil industry, preferably in residential subdivisions/bulk earthworks.
- A current White Card and Drivers Licence.
- A strong commitment to health, safety, environment, and quality standards and practices.
- Excellent relationship-building, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- A proactive and positive attitude, with the ability to show initiative and take ownership.
- Strong communication and organisation skills, including attention to detail.
- Strategic and analytical thinking skills with the ability to problem-solve.
- Confidence in using technology, including CRM-based applications and proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite.
