About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Proactive Services team where you will play a key role in maintaining our stores' high standards of cleanliness.

  • You'll be responsible for sweeping shop floors, cleaning walls, bathrooms, trolley bays and team rooms, as well as emptying bins.
  • Additionally, you'll be collecting trolleys on foot from car parks and surrounding areas.
  • As part of this role, you'll also be expected to work across departments to deliver specific cleaning needs.
  • Providing excellent customer service by answering questions or providing directions will also be an important part of your daily tasks.
  • Full training will be provided in operating various equipment and tools to make your job easier and safer.
What You'll Bring

To succeed in this role, we're looking for someone with a strong work ethic, physical fitness and the ability to stand for long periods and lift loads between 5-10kgs.

  • An ambitious mindset, a love of retail and a passion for people are essential qualities we're looking for in our ideal candidate.
  • Flexibility to work in different environments such as shop floors, fridges, freezers and car parks is also crucial.
  • Availability to work across Monday-Sunday and shifts starting from 6am or 5pm is necessary.
  • A keen eye for cleanliness and small details is also highly valued.
