Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Learning Facilitator to join our team at Eden Academy.

About the Role:

  • This is an exciting opportunity to work with children, families, and the community in a nurturing environment that prioritizes their safety, wellbeing, and empowerment.
  • You will be responsible for creating engaging environments that spark curiosity and wonder in young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Nurture little learners through playful learning and meaningful connection.
  • Create positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Communicate effectively with confidence and build lasting bonds with families.
  • Be available to work Monday to Friday across a range of shift patterns, with flexibility to be on call at short notice to cover unexpected leave.

Requirements:

  • A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA-recognised equivalent).
  • A current Working with Children Check.
  • Full Australian working rights.
  • A warm, professional presence and a genuine passion for early learning.
  • Confidence connecting with children, families, and the community.
