We are a dynamic civil construction company with over 30 years of experience in the eastern seaboard. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality projects, and we're seeking an experienced Civil Operations Manager to lead our site-based operations in the Hunter Valley.

About the Role:

This is a critical leadership position that requires a strong background in project management, budgeting, and quality assurance. As a Civil Operations Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and leading site-based teams, working closely with labor, superintendents, and clients.

A Day in Your Life:

  • Successfully manage programs, budgets, and quality assurance to deliver high-quality projects on time, within budget, and to the required standard.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to position Unyte Eastern for repeat work and referrals.
  • Manage site safety and environmental compliance, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Act as a focal point for all trades and labor in your area, providing guidance and support when needed.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including tailored professional development opportunities, bonus leave days, and access to corporate social responsibility programs.

Who Are You?

To succeed in this role, you will need:

7+ years of relevant civil construction experience, preferably in project management or similar roles.Relevant experience in delivering projects in excess of $5 million and leading large teams under various contract models.Strong communication and management skills, with a proven track record of delivering complete contract scope on time, within budget, and to the required standard.
