The Role

The Sales Development Representative is a key position that involves working from home on a full-time basis. Occasionally, you will get to attend sporting events with clients, ensuring a positive and engaging customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage dormant customers via outbound sales calls

- Assist current customers via inbound calls

- Host customers at local and interstate events, such as AFL/NRL/Cricket

- Drive additional business revenue

- Attend major sporting events around Australia occasionally

Requirements

- Previous experience in customer service and/or sales in an outbound capacity

- Basic understanding of the wagering industry

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel

- Ability to meet KPIs set by management
