SAP Programme Manager

This is a senior-level position that oversees the execution of large-scale ERP projects, with a focus on SAP.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategically lead and oversee all phases of the program to ensure alignment with business goals, timelines, and quality expectations.
- Manage complex ERP projects, including Greenfield and Brownfield transformations, and provide oversight across all project phases.
- Lead multi-year, multi-business ERP modernisation programs in a complex organisational environment, ensuring strategic oversight and effective portfolio management.
- Develop and manage complex portfolios, providing strategic guidance, contract management, and financial acumen.
- 10-15 years of experience managing large-scale ERP projects, with a focus on SAP.
- Deep understanding of project management frameworks (e.g., PMBOK, PRINCE2, MSP, SAP Activate).
- Ability to identify and mitigate program risks, manage trade-offs, and balance technical and financial constraints.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Strong track record in building and leading high-performing teams, fostering collaboration, and driving accountability.
- Exceptional skills in engaging and influencing senior stakeholders across multiple levels of the organisation.
