The Central Administration Hub is a state-wide service that provides remote support to patients in an outpatient setting.

In partnership with the Outpatient Central Service Manager, the Training Officer will:

• Support the delivery, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of competency-based training and education activities for Customer Service Officer staff.
• Ensure service delivery standards and administrative support processes are maintained through outcome monitoring.
• Develop and maintain effective communication and collaborative relationships with stakeholders across the agency, ensuring high-quality administrative services are provided by the Outpatient Service team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering and evaluating competency-based health administration or similar training activities.
• Providing training and support, evaluating, and improving service quality, as well as developing continuous quality improvement processes.
• Managing data within a health environment, including knowledge of computerized data collection systems, policies, procedures, legislation, and their workplace application.
