Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Fitness Professional to join our team at Next Gen Health & Lifestyle Clubs in Ryde. As a Personal Trainer, you will play a key role in helping our members achieve their health and fitness goals.

Company Overview

At Next Gen Health & Lifestyle Clubs, we provide a comprehensive induction program for our new and existing Members. This allows you to build your own client base and develop your career as a Personal Trainer.

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum

This is an employed position with a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, plus superannuation and no rent payments. You will also receive a free gym membership, full uniform, and have access to a large and loyal membership base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Helping our members get results through our 'Next Step' Programme
  • Providing high-quality customer service and building strong relationships
  • Running gym floor classes such as HIIT and 'Teambeats'
  • Maintaining the gym equipment and cleanliness
  • Growing your personal training clients
  • Opening/Closing the gym floor areas
Requirements:
  • Certificate III & Certificate IV in Fitness qualifications
  • Current Senior First Aid & CPR certificate
  • Hold a current and valid Working with Children Check (or be willing to attain)
  • Computer literate
  • Possess outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Professional work ethic & entrepreneurial spirit
