Casual Retail Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic retail professional to join our team at the new adidas Factory Outlet in Mandurah, Perth. This is a casual opportunity that requires availability to work on both weekdays and weekend days.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by utilizing all available store resources.
  • Execute customer service standards to meet or exceed customers' expectations.
  • Maintain established visual merchandising and in-store communication standards.
  • Process merchandise deliveries quickly and effectively, constantly replenish merchandising fixtures to ensure the entire product offer is represented on the sales floor.
  • Represent the brand and company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in retail sales or customer service with a proven track record of success. You will be motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
