About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified and experienced Personal Trainer and Coach to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a Personal Trainer and Coach, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality fitness programs and services to our members, while also developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver fitness programs and services to members, including personal training sessions and group fitness classes
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including regular communication and progress updates
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of fitness programs and services, including creating new programs and services and improving existing ones
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to members, including responding to queries and resolving issues
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve business objectives and improve member satisfaction
Requirements
  • Hold a Certificate III and Certificate IV in Fitness
  • Be professionally accredited with Fitness Australia or Physical Activity Australia
  • Hold a current Senior First Aid and CPR certificate
  • Be computer literate and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have a minimum of 12 months experience as a Personal Trainer and Coach
