Senior Healthcare Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, administering medications, reviewing and updating care plans, conducting assessments and liaising with stakeholders.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional Aged Care Services and making a positive impact on the lives of our residents.

• Essential requirements include current registration as a Registered Nurse (RN), a current First Aid and CPR Certificate, a valid driver's license and a current Police Check.

Desirable qualities include a minimum of 3 years clinical experience in the Aged Care sector and current NDIS check certification.
