Gold Coast OSHC Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to oversee up to 10 services across the dynamic region of the Gold Coast.
As an OSHC Area Manager, you will provide hands-on leadership, strategic coaching, and operational guidance to ensure each service thrives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor People Leaders & Educators
- Drive quality improvements using national frameworks and standards
- Guide services through assessment and rating with confidence
- Build strong relationships with schools and communities
- Manage budgets, compliance, and service sustainability
- Travel between sites to deliver support that truly matters
- Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
- Proven OSHC leadership experience (Area Manager or equivalent)
- Skilled in early years learning framework, quality improvement, and assessment and rating
- Strong communicator and mentor of dispersed teams
- WWCC, First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training
- Valid driver's license and happy to travel
