About the Job
This role requires an experienced Service Desk Analyst to provide ICT help desk support, respond to service requests, and assist in the maintenance of critical IT systems. The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT support, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line investigation, diagnosis, and resolution of IT support requests.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of applications and IT equipment.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and support procedures.
- Communicate service issues effectively and escalate unresolved problems when necessary.
Requirements:
- Experience handling ICT support requests and troubleshooting system issues.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate and diagnose incidents.
- Ability to build effective working relationships and communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Willingness to undergo an Organisational Suitability Assessment (OSA) and hold a current TSPV clearance.
